Automatic Driving Lessons in Manchester

- Automatic licence covers automatic cars only
Lessons at £35 an hour, manual or automatic
Lesson costs add up, and plenty of learners are putting off getting started because of it. So we have dropped our hourly rate and cut the price of a ten-hour block.
Same instructors, same dual-control cars, same one-to-one tuition. The ten-hour price is a £40 saving against the standard £38 hourly rate.
How it works
No clutch, no gear stick — just drive
An automatic car has no clutch pedal and no gears to change — just an accelerator, a brake, and the car handling gear changes itself. That one difference removes a lot of what new learners find stressful, which is why lessons can focus earlier on roads, observation and decision-making rather than coordinating pedals.
Most learners reach test standard in fewer hours on automatic than manual, so while the hourly rate is the same, the overall cost can work out lower. The one thing to know before you start: an automatic licence only lets you drive automatic cars.
